The Automated Students’ Instructional Survey (ASIS) is one of the feedback mechanisms instituted by the Human Resources Department (HRD).

The ASIS’ main objective is to assess the performance of the faculty members, based on the students’ perception. It is very instrumental in further enhancing the existing teaching-learning process in the Colegio. In addition, the ASIS involves each student in determining and further developing the status of the Colegio’s educational system.

  1. All currently enrolled students are required to evaluate their professors on the designated evaluation period.

  2. Ratings and comments to be placed in the SIS shall only pertain to the performance of the faculty member in the class or subject he handles. Students must consider making particular remarks on any of the following areas instructional skills and competence, work attitude, classroom management, personal qualities and interpersonal relations. In case of argument or conflict brought about by remarks not related to the teaching performance of a faculty member, HRD shall initiate an investigation in coordination with the concerned academic department.

  3. Students can make their clarifications, complaints and related concerns on the ASIS to the HRD Office. These should be presented in written form addressed to the HRD Head.

  4. Any student fpting and violating the ASIS guidelines shall be given proper disciplinary action.
